Many thanks to Nynke Laverman for lending us the voice of Tsjêbbe Hettinga.

On Friday april 13 in 2018 this installation premiered with a live show. More than 1500 people saw the first projection that evening. For the next three months people could enjoy the video installation for several times every evening from Wednesday to Sunday.

It’s about music als most important language, as a gate to visual or even scent memory. Guided by the poems in Frisian by Tsjêbbe Hettinga and Rodaan Al Galidi’s poetry in Dutch and Arabic.

Elènie Wagner adds German, Dutch and English voices and lyrics. Kinetophone provided the soundtrack.
